Eva is a 19-year-old Italian girl, and Bruno is a 45-year-old French man. Two very different souls who do not know each other, bound together by a tragic fate that brings them into contact after the young woman unintentionally causes an accident in which the man’s wife dies.

Eva hides her true identity from Bruno and, determined to ease the same loneliness and despair in which he also seems to be sinking, she begins to spend time with him. The two embark on a journey into themselves that will lead them to confront their ghosts and heal their wounds, until the truth eventually comes to light.

What initially appears to be a black hole to fall into instead becomes the origin of a new beginning, allowing both of them to learn how forgiveness can be stronger than pain, hatred, and even death.
